Can non-bargaining union employees or other unions participate in the Trust?
Yes. If your company has a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the United Steelworkers of America and such Agreement includes Trust participation. Such groups may participate provided they would otherwise qualify (i.e., age and service is acceptable).

How much notice does the Trust require before negotiations begin?
A minimum of one month allows the Trust time to react; however, the more time we have before the contract expiration, the more thorough assistance we will be able to provide.
