Lisa Kapral is the Benefits
Manager for Steelworkers Pension Trust
In this capacity she maintains responsibility for the daily operation of
the Benefits Department. This encompasses the responsibility for the
to process pension benefits for the Trust, as well as thirty-three(33)
Merged Plans. Lisa, along with seven(7) dedicated staff members
share responsibility for maintaining employer records for more than
65,000 active and terminated vested employees.
Lisa, a graduate of Nativity Business
School, started her career with
the Trust in 1982. She has served as the Accounting Supervisor
where she was responsible for the maintenance of the participating
employer files, as well as contributions received daily from these
employers.
Lisa, along with the Project Team,
worked to bring in the current imaging
and computer system currently used at the Trust.
