Appeals Committee : This committee consists of two Trustees, one Employee Trustee and one Employer Trustee, the current members being Trustees Mark Granakis and Robert Pope. The Trustees have delegated to this Committee the authority to hear and decide appeals taken from the Chairman's denial of benefits. This Committee also reviews, on behalf of the Trustees, the operations of the various departments functioning under the supervision of the Chairman.   Investment Advisory Committee (IAC): This Committee consists of all the Trustees and meets at least twice a year to review the performance of the Money Managers and to formulate recommendations to be considered at the regular meetings of the Trustees concerning matters involving the investment of Trust assets.         <<More
